Going to a game tonight, and would like to bring some snacks. Last year, security wouldn't let me bring in any plastic bottles, or bags of chips. Does anyone know if I can bring sandwhiches/snacks in clear plastic bags, or juice boxes? (Just don't feel like paying 8 dollars for a hot dog). Thanks!

First of all...the hot dogs at Yankee Stadium are worth every penny.

Secondly, you should be able to bring in sandwiches, if they are in plastic bags.

George is not big on people not spending more money when they come to a game, so I would not be shocked if they didn't allow it, but they should be able to.

Sorry but I'm almost positive you can't. The last time I was there was in April with my Dad. We had a little backpack that had like a hat and camera etc. in it and the security people said we couldn't bring it in. Across the street from Yankee Stadium there's a place that you can check your bags. But to answer your question, no you can't bring food and drinks in. Sorry and have fun at the game :)

GO YANKEES!!!!!

8 dollars is cheap in Yankee Stadium. Hell they pay a lot more than that for A-rod and Jeter. Go Red Sox! haha

You may bring food in as long as it's in a clear plastic bag.
