I do not in any way condone this, but I know how to lose weight fast and totally think you should not do it, but if you dont mind having some serious diarrhea, you can lose it over nite.
Go to the pharmacy and buy an over the counter bottle of fleets phospha soda. If the bottle only holds 45 ml get 2 bottles. Take the 1st one at 4 PM in about a glass of apple juice to make it more tolerable. Then wait because diarrhea will overwhelm you in about 2 hours. You will poop your brains out.
At 8 PM take the 2nd bottle and you will continue to empty your colon like crazy.
I guarantee tommorrow when you wake up, you will be much lighter.

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
What you are asking is possible.. and I have a safer or faster alternative to achieve it- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

Men can loose about five pounds if they work out real hard in the heat. Put on a sweatshirt and get running. Also go buy some fiber tablets. You'll crap alot but it wil get everything out of your system. I'm sure you can loose the weight. Im a wrestler so i have to loose weight and i do this often. I loose about 6 pounds everytime.

On way to lose some quick, temporary weight is to stay in a sauna.However, this can be dangerous if you have any health conditions, but apparently it works. The weight will come back though as soon as you drink or eat, but it is used by wrestlers to help them change weight categories.

sit in a sauna for about an hour or two before the physical. Not good advice but it works.
