Need Motivation to start my own business?

I chose a career to pay my bills, etc. etc. I love my job dont get me wrong, but I still have this nagging thing that says I should continue with my own business. How can I get my motivation back? I work M-F 8-5. How do I have time?

You make time for the things you really want.

You don't need motivation, you need a plan. You don't need a kick in the butt, you need a path to follow.

Go out and buy a book on starting your own small business, that's the first step. Then work through it, bit by bit, until you have a business plan. That plan will guide you, it's what you need.

It's like weight loss, people don't need motivation, it's already there, people need a plan to get them from point A to point B, then as they follow the plan they find their goals come within reach.

It's the same with this, you already have motivation, that craving for more. What you need now is a plan to get you from A to B.

I work m-f 8 hrs per day. After work I take pictures of my merchandise and sell it on ebay on sundays after my baseball game on saturdays after practice.I am looking to expand my business and design and manufacture things to sell to high end stores.If you really want to do it youl find time.
Start with a little bit each week, and gradually spend more time on it as you learn to handle more things at a time.
