I hate to say this, but check with the DMV because I thought if you failed the permit test 3x's, you have to wait an entire year before you can take the test again.
And unfortunately "yes", you will be required to resubmit all the required paperwork again.
Good luck...CA has one of the most challenging permit tests out there.

Next time, actually read the DMV handbook before you take the test. Take the practice test, too. The questions are the same as on the real test.

learn very no longer worry-free. in case you're failing the line regulations section, you want to learn that to no longer in user-friendly terms bypass the attempt, yet to be secure on the line. "sure i do use my e book however the ingredient is that on line I even have in user-friendly terms 50 seconds to respond to it and dont have time to tutor thu all those pages to discover the answer.. so yea" nicely on the line you won't have the 50 seconds and the e book to help ya out.

Check with the MVP. There may be an extra step or a waiting period imposed before you can start trying again.
