What should i wear with black flats and a big black belt.How should I do my hair too.?

Im a teenager so it has to look in style.both the belt n shoes are shiny. should i wear jeans and a white shirt underneath.what would look cute.

It depends of your short or tall. If your short you should wear it with a skirt so your legs wont look short. You could either go dressy or casual. You could pair leggings with them, shorts or skinny jeans.
