you have to check your ammonia levels constantly and frequently, if your ammonia levels are off the chart or even just a bit high, do a 50% waterchange right away, and follow up with 25% waterchanges every 3-4 days for up to 2 weeks, or until your ammonialevels are current again
Also don't overfeed your fish
After that you have to do frequent partial waterchanges of 25% once a week with a gravel siphon

Hope that helps
Good luck

If there are high ammonia levels in the tank, it is you that is killing him by not doing regular (weekly) partial (30%) water changes to keep the water clean and healthy. That's all it takes to keep a tank healthy and happy.

well you would bee able to see if your gold fish are killing it, just watch it for about 10-20 minnuts (not even they ussauly attack within a few minnuts) in the mean time put some stress coat in and some

well, i dont know what, if anything, is killing your fish, but i think it is about to die. before my fish died, he did the same thing, and occassionally, he'd go belly up, then struggle to get rightside up again. it was really sad.

when you changed their water, make sure you use tap water conditioner (if you used tap water) its only like $3-5.
