For those that didn't know OJ's 1st wife was black.
If it had been her and her black boyfriend would people still be upset about the outcome of the trial? Would it have gotten all the media hype it did?

BTW, I am NOT a fan of OJ! I personally believe that he should be grateful that he was acquitted (like so many other rich people are) and just stay out of the spotlight.

Gee Robert Blake (a BIGGER celebrity than OJ) was acquitted of killing HIS wife. But yet you don't hear anyone screaming how guilty HE is. Also, why no huge media coverage about HIS case?
Answer: Both parties were the same race so no one made a big deal about it.

There would still have been a lot of press, but I believe not as much. I really don't believe its necessarily a black on black thing as much as a publicity hound got sliced and diced. Nicole was in the tabloids quite a bit, even without OJ, and sought out publicity wherever she could. That's part of what drove/drives the publicity of this case.

Dude, get over it. OJ IS a killer. Wouldn't matter black, white whatever. Wasn't the girl who accused Kobe of rape white?

Yes, because it involved killing, and also it was obvious OJ was physically abusive...Race doesn't matter at that point...

good question i don't know maybe not the press plays that stiff up. i do know he was aquitted not because of his guilt or innocents but because of past injustices to innocent black mans in the past.

Yes the case became famous because it was OJ. Famous people all get treated raw by the press. I have never thought he did it. I think it was Goldman and Nicole killed each other. Oh, and enough whining.... please!
