I have no idea why they get offended. To me, if you have it and flaunt it , then don't be offended. But on the other hand, I get REALLY MAD when I am wearing everyday clothes and a guy just about undresses you with his eyes. So I turn around and stare long and hard at them - in other words I turn the tables on them just to see how they like the same treatment!!!! Usually takes them just a few seconds to get the message. lol

Because they are irrational. Many women have the mindset that they will feel better about themselves if they look sexy. Usually they dress up for other women rather than for men. They may not mind if a guy looks at them if they want him to, but they typically get offended if someone checks them out who they don't want to. It makes no logical sense, but that's just how women are. A woman may dress sexy for the sole purpose of getting one man to notice her. If anyone aside from the one man notices, she will get offended. Personally, I ignore it. It's a lot easier that way.

LOL YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!!!!!!! I believe some women do it on purpose but then act like its offending them, some women are flattered but believe its indecent to act like they like it. I myself dress appropriate because I don't believe in that kind of attention...My pants usually are tight but I don't show off my boobs..if they wanna see that then they gotta get with it LOL.....women do it on purpose...
