Rabbits need things to chew on for healthy teeth.

There are toys they enjoy and some do not bother with toys at all.

But here are a few things that are a hit with my gang:

I have a small cat ball with a bell inside, I roll towards my rabbits and they dig at it or push it around with their nose.

I get brown paper bags from the grocery store. Open the bag and put it on the floor. Scratch the bag gently a few times (so they hear the noise) and let them investigate it. Soon they'll be hopping on it, running into it and chewing it up.

Old telephone books with the covers removed are a messy blast for rabbits too. They'll hop on it, start digging and ripping it to shreds.

Try stuffing hay into a toilet tissue tube really tight. Sometimes I will hide one of their favorite treats in the tube too. Give them the tube and they'll spend a lot of time trying to get the hay out while destroying the tube at the same time.

My rabbits love baby toys. They have baby rattles and key rings. They like toys that make dull cloppy-like sounds, such as a well-washed lid from the liquid laundry soap bottles. Always check the toys from time to time to make sure they haven't chewed any small pieces of plastic off of them, or they have loose parts that a rabbit can chew or swallow.

A cardboard box with two doors cut out is a great fortress for a bunny. They love going in and out of the openings, hopping on top of the box and chewing that to pieces too!

Kitty tunnels are great too. Most pet stores sell them for cats and my rabbits love those. They run in and out of it and sleep in it too.

You can also make bunny pinatas too! Get the smallest brown paper bag you can find. Fill it with hay and a bunny treat or two. Twist the end closed and place it in their area. It may take a day or two for them to figure it out, but once they do, they'll rip the bag apart and eat the hay and treats. After their first pinata, they'll know exactly what to do from then on when the next pinata shows up.

Newspaper makes for great fun too! Take a piece of newspaper and ball it up as tight as you can. Roll it towards your bunnies and they may jump on it, dig at it or pick it up with their teeth and run away with it.

I always gave mine cat toys.. the heavy balls that jingle .. stuff like that.. but my rabbit was allowed to roam around the house, so.. it really depends. (those balls are pretty much useless in a cage.. not very interesting for them).. I had given that rabbit everything from stuffed animals to wooden chew toys.. he loved them all.

my rabbit likes pretty much anything with a bell on it. I got her a parrot toy that I attached to her cage, its wooden blocks with a bell attached to the bottom. She also loves this ball I got her, its a puzzle ball, i think you can get it at petco. And basically and fruit flavored wood, some soft toys with bells on them are good, and stuff they can just throw around.

I give mine a Tennis ball and a block of wood that she can roll around.

I tried giving her a softer toy similar to those dog toys with the squeaker, but she just tries to eat the tags and thing off of it so i have to cut them off before i give it to her.

she can't play with it too long, because she starts to try to eat it again.

I've seen other people give their buns baby toys like key rings and other things made of hard plastic.

a million) whilst i replaced into 6, I asked for an E-Z Bake oven. My sister ended up getting the oven, used it as quickly as — and that i took it over! The stated cookie packets have been ok, yet i might already found out a thank you to make selfmade sugar cookies and oatmeal cookies and mine have been better, besides. (whilst one has alcoholic mothers and fathers, one learns a thank you to prepare dinner genuine today — assuming one needs to consume!) 2) One Christmas I won a G.I. Joe. I constantly thought my sister's Barbie outfits appeared better (extremely the shoes) so I filed G.I. Joe's ft down so they might in nice condition into Barbie's severe heels. My father replaced into not amused.

I have a cheap one! I would put a used coke can (washed out and the tab broken off of course). I also would find a pebble or something and shove it through the whole so it would make noise. Make sure you find something that won't fall out after you wedge it in or tape it closed. Its so much fun watching them throw it around.
