It's actually
Georgie Porgie pudding and pie,
Kissed the girls and made them cry
When the boys came out to play,
Georgie Porgie ran away.

It's based on a nobleman from England in the early 1600s who was notorious for his affairs with a king and a queen.

I think that should read "pudding and pie", not put in a pie! He kissed the girls, that's what made them cry

Actually it was " four and twenty black birds baked in a pie".
"and when the pie was opened
there were all the birds
dead, with their feathers cooked off."
