If I remember correctly, I believe if neither party contests the divorce, it is final at the end of three months after the papers are served.

Usually around 90 days, if everyone is in agreement about everything and there isn't a lengthy trial. If there is a disagreement, or lots of property, money, or kids to settle in court, it could take years.
