There's no reason, @ four weeks, to avoid any exercise that doesn't cause discomfort - in fact, it would be good for the health of your fetus and yourself. As the pregnancy progresses, you'll want to be sure to keep the intensity btwn low and moderate, and of course, avoid exercises that place pressure directly on your lower abdomen (i.e. things like what I call 'swimmers', where you're lying on your stomach lifting R leg, L arm, then the opposite), or perhaps your crotch (like stationary bikes), and any high-impact exercises like running. But those concerns shouldn't come into play 'til around the third trimester. 'Til then, moderate exercise will only improve the health of both parties, boost your immune system, and likely ease the delivery and reduce risks of complications.
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, just a retired personal trainer, so of course you should, assuming you really ARE preggos, start your regular OBGYN apts and confirm all this w/ him/her. And GOOD LUCK!!

Doctors say you can workout the same amount you were before you got pregnant. I don't think you should over do it, but staying active helps so much with pregnancy. Also let your body decide, if you feel overly tired stop, if you cramp AT ALL STOP! Just take it easy but you can for sure stay active. I went to the gym 4 days a week when I was pregnant.

You can still do the stuff you have been doing up till it is no longer comfortable to you. Most people stop in there 2 trimaster, unless they are just walking. I was at the gym the other day and I swear there was a lady about 9 months pregnant and was walking the treadmill.

Yes, you can definitely keep working out. It's so good for you. They say if you were doing it before you got pregnant, you can keep doing it now. Just don't do any sit ups. Your body will tell you if you are pusing yourself too hard. If you are running and are so hot and out of breath, you know to stop, but otherwise, you are totally safe. I worked out up until the day I went into labor. I ran 3 miles in the morning and then went into labor that night. Congratulations!

first i would like to say congrats!!
YES!!! unless your dr says no because of high risk, you can (and should) workout throughout your pregnancy, it will help with your pregnancy and delivery!
however it is recomended that you do not increase your workout, and it is recomended that pregnant women do more reps with less weight. the elliptical is fine, just don't over do it, and i don't know about the bike.

yes you can. the only thing you need to be careful of is lifing things. So a light jog, bike, or elliptical should be fine.

Yes, you can work out if you feel up to it. Be sure to stay hydrated. Don't push yourself, though, your body is already working hard. Let it tell you when to slow down or stop.
At your appointment, review your desired exercise regime with your doctor. She'll tell you if you need to make any adjustments.
