Basketball shorts do indeed create a bulge and they make a guys behind look really pronounced too! The funny things is that all of my straight male friend know this too! They get a laugh when its brought up.
For the ones who says that basketball shorts don't create a bulge probably do not know exactly what basketball shorts are. I hope this answers your question. ☻

Jeans.
Basketball shorts leave everything to the imgaination. Now if they would only wear basketball shorts like they did in the 1960's and 1970's - WOW!!

Wear tighter underwear, or just realize that if you have a big bulge your dick is probably big too and that's nothing to be embarrassed about.

Bulge as in terms of hard, stiff wrinkles? Or in terms of the appearance of certain bodily changes?

gym shorts, lycra, spandex, jeans, and now there is a new type of underwear that creates an artificial bulge for you.
