on my last day i'd like to just take my laptop to a free hotspot and be able to print my boarding pass.

This site has all of the free wi-fi spots in LV along with times and info.

The business center at the Orleans will allow you to print your boarding pass for $1

Here is the list of free wifi spots in Vegas. The only that may let you print is one of the libraries.

If you are staying at a hotel some concierge desks will do this and direct you to the hotel's business center. There maybe a small fee though.

Mccarran airport
It's a Grind Coffee Shop
Starbucks(if you're a tmobile customer)

That's all that comes to mind, but I'm not aware of any place that will allow you to print for free...
