It will depend what & where you want to work?
In India
MBA is good & will give you better money & after living in USA your english will be better polished.

In USA
MS
because US or Canada depend on Immigration for techenology. & MBA needs a good language skills. With english as a second language we are not the perfect communicator but with techenology does not need language. You can demonstrate.
Scholorships depend onn marks & you can get scholorship from India for uS university or once you are student here & your marks are good you can get after finishing few semesters.Or Just one.
But they will like to see you before admission do you have enough money to continue the education? Or if you have sponsorors.

MBA in USA is very expensive and there are no scholarships. MS may be a good option if you want to work in US and earn more. MBA in systems from a top Management institute may get u a better salary because of your experience.

“There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: Those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.”

You can always try your luck.
