I was about to answer C, but then, it may only be my opinion to conclude that this is so.
So, let's look at that rationally...
Measuring? Yes, that is needed.
Analyzing results, or course.
Making observations? That is complementary to measuring, so yes.
Forming hypotheses? Well, if there is only one that has to be wrong, then it must be another, as per my hypothesis.
Which leaves only C.
So, yeah, C.
Personal opinion has no place in science, for two people may have different opinions, but science has to always agree no matter who measures, makes hypotheses, observes and analyzes results.

C is incorrect. That's the exact opposite of science. When doing research you should have no opinions or your work will be biased and useless.
