honestly? not to support illegal music downloading but even if it WAS illegal, chances of you getting caught are pretty slim, and the companies don't like people knowing this or even saying it, but I've looked into it, and it happens, but there are 300 million Americans in this country about, and only what a few are reported in the news on getting caught?

And those people that are caught have MANnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny songs in their collection , ALL of which are illegal, AND they distribute them for profit.
It leads into an illegal business, and thats what theyre more worried about.

If the site is up, it may have been posted up illegally, but it's not your problem, its the person who created the site's problem and ultimately the site will get taken down if its illegal, and that person will get the sentence.

You for using their stuff, may not have known, may have been "fooled," etc. It's not your problem,

dont worry about it.

Also, just take your stuff, and put it on music software or something OFF your computer after you download it, dont keep it on there for others to upload.

It's probably in between. Not the most legal thing in the world, but not totally jail worthy either. Sounds funny and not like a very educated answer, but it's reality.

I shy away from "free music", whenever the artists dont get paid there is a possibility of lawsuits.

If you are paying something for it then it is legal because the company has agreed to pay the royalties to the artist, either directly or through an agent.

i'd make worry-free accessibility to the pill - RU486 (mifepristone) regulation. to renounce undesirable being pregnant getting to the surgical technique component to abortion. i'd by no skill have one, ever, yet am no longer too stupid to comprehend some women human beings will flow to any lengths to get rid of an undesirable being pregnant, in many situations with disasturous effects. i'm a believer in ban the coat hanger philosophy, i think of it is going to be a woman's determination, and if it is criminal or unlawful, they're nonetheless going to choose for, it is as much as us to furnish them secure selections. it is likewise a greater effective way for miscarrying women human beings to have their bodies rid of the deceased embryo. it is much less invasive and does no longer risk their possibilities of having greater infants (which surgical technique does - for people who abort and people who miscarry certainly).

it is probably legal, but some do try to charge even when it says free. there may be a free version of it, and a version that charges.
