Yes it does, since Voldemort takes over the ministry he appoints Snape as the new headmaster, and every person under age is forced to return.
But of course, Harry, Ron and Hermione do not return.
Voldemort sends out a group of rogues called Carrows to look for any underage wizards who could be hiding.

This is also just a guess... I think Hogwart's is gonna reopen, but i dont think Harry is going to go back because he'll be in search of the Horcruxes and for Voldemort.

This isn't a spoiler, just a guess (if by guess you mean fervant hope, and I do): Hogwarts will re-open. But I honestly think that Harry won't go back, and that's depressing. If he did, I'd be pleasantly surprised.

yes i believe it will re open because JKR has said in an interview years ago that one of harrys close friends become a teacher there. that has not happened yet.
it wasnt hagrid obviously because he was there before harry.
it wasnt lupin because they became close after the fact.
my theory is that harry ron and hermione probably will not go back for SCHOOL.
one of the other horcruxes might be buried in the school, like one of ravenclaws or gryffindors possesions.
not saying that it will happen though. just a possibility.

We don't yet know. Despite all the fakes and people claiming to know because they either read a fake or are just trying to ruin things for others, no one has read the book yet. Acorrding to Rowling most recent diary post on her website, there's nothing but misinformation running around the net.

Harry Potter is all over my birthday. The seventh book comes out the day before my birthday and Daniel Radcliffe's(Harry Potter) birthday is the day after my birthday. That is so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
