Yes that's called projection. They cannot face responsibility for themselves and therefore cast the blame onto someone else.

Good thing you can recognize that trait...now you know what to avoid! ;~)

Paranoia. I think my daughter-in-law is so paranoid that if she is watching football and the players get into a huddle, she thinks they are talking about her.
