There could be many reasons for this. My son had a rash on his face when he was little and it was hives. I gave him onion tea and it cleared it right up. If you want the recipe for this you take a sweet onion and slice it. In between each slice you sprinkle with sugar. Put it in a container with a lid and put in a dark spot. when the juice produces, give her a nipple full at bedtime. It could also be baby acne, which is common, and the onion tea will clear that up too. (sometimes it clears up on its own). Or if she takes a pacifier and she's breaking out around her mouth, you might want to limit her pacifier time, it's happening because of all the saliva and her face staying wet alot.

this is most likly just baby acne. There isnt a cure for it, just make sure you clean her face with a wash cloth when you bath her to rub dirt off. Or it could be a heat rash. Are you breastfeeding? If so this common from the face being up against your warm breast during the feeding. The have a lotion, its a white tube with an orange lid, can't remember the brand, maybe its Baby Magic or something in the baby bath section and ithelps against droll, wind and sun an d has some spf in it!

We are all probably experienced parents that have seen every rash going on bottoms and faces but i would suggest rather than asking people to diagnose a problem that they cant see phone up your doctor or health visitor as soon as possible. Some rashes just need a over the counter cream some need steroid creams. I would think its best for a professional to see it.

Well it could be a heat rash, or some dry skin, call your pediatrician and schedule an appt or talk to a nurse, they will be able to either give you something for it or give you a good remedy. Be careful with advice on what to use unless you talk to a doc or pharmacist as babies skin is still so very sensitive

sounds like baby acne. This is totally normal and occurs with most babies from 4-6 weeks old. It will go away on it's own. You don't have to put anything on it.

Mix a few drops of rose oil (bought from the pharmacy) in a tub of baby aqueous cream. You can use it 3 times a day. It will work wonders!
