I do and I don't regret this, but I struggle with it everyday. At age 18 I had a son. I was no way capable of raising a child (I know I should had thought about that before giving myself away, but it is what it is....) So I decided that giving him up for adoption was the best thing for him and me at the time. He is now 10 and I'm at the age now that could handle a child and WANT a child and would love to raise him. I know it is in the best interest for him to be cared for by two parents that love him and can give him anything he wants.
Whenever I feel down I just think of how lucky he is to have two sets of parents/families who love him to death. I know he loves me so I couldn't ask for anything else.
