Definitely has the ability to be a blast, but I think at first he'll be a bust. He'll probably be like Yao. He'll be too scared and not aggressive enough to be a star. But maybe 5-7 years in, he'll be great.

why? because he is completely unwilling to play for the bucks and is threatening to go back and play for the CBA.
plus, from the summer league, he is wayyyyy too overrated.
bad shooting %,
cant handle pressure against athletic defenders,
too many turnovers

he has a very weak upper body...players will abuse him in the defensive end and he'll get pushed around easily
