Hubby was supposed to drop off a prescription for me on the way home from work, we talked about it that morning. On the way home he noticed our neighbor's 18 year old daughter walking to work at Mcdonalds, he gave her a ride because it was hot for her to walk. And yeah you guessed it, called him on my way home and he forgot to drop off my prescription. Why is it fair that he showed concern for our neighbor walking in the heat but forgot my prescription? Men and women...would you be mad? He did go get my prescription once i reminded him. And i told him, not a good idea to offer her a ride and he responded with "You've taken her to work b 4 why can't I"?

Why is it not a good idea to give her a ride??? If he did nothing but give her a ride to work and forgot your prescription, then be mad about the script. Nothing wrong with helping someone out in an innocent situation.

I think he forgot about your prescription right about the time her soft lips curled around his........

God the guy gave a ride to the kid and forgot about something you two talked about earlier in the day. Give him a break - at least he took care of it after you reminded him.

Would you really be this upset if it was the SON of a neighbor, or would you be on here asking if your husband is now GAY?

I hope the prescription was for some Prozac / Lithium / Valium / etc.... becasue you really need to get your mind straightened out.

is she physically attractive?
Betteryet, does he find her physically attractive?
Then you add in how your love life is?
Onyl you can know if its a simple memory lapse for a good deed, or are you at a point where you think your hubby would be one of those guys who might be flirting with the what if scenario.

All I know is that you can truly see that closeness between a couple where theres that trust level that theres no reason to worry about it -- simpel mistake.

But for the simple fact that youve written this, makes it clear youre not so sure.

So rather than take this into an all out blown out scenario with nothign but negativity and distrust, perhaps this could be your start in a new direction where you do all you can to spice up your intimacy so that he doesnt need to look at another woman for his needs as a man.

Men! When it comes to girls, they go go ga and forget everything they were suppose to do. I get mad too. You tell him that you gave her a ride becos you're a woman. And he is a man not so right as giving a ride to a young girl. As a wife you don't like the idea!

Don't get mad...people do forget to do things time to time.

It isn't about you versus the neighbor's kid. Maybe he was just being friendly and showing genuine concern for her. It doesn't have to mean that he loves you less.

Just tell him you really need this prescription, and please don't forget it.

An interesting situation brought about by the fact that men only contain enough blood to keep one head working at a time.

He was being kind to someone else. Unless he was hitting on her, forget about it! He's just a nice guy:) (would you have married him otherwise?) While doing something nice for someone, he forgot something on his to do list. As soon as he was reminded, he went and did it. Be grateful that you're married to a man who is so kind and really seems to have a giver's heart.
