Katakana:
ナ = na
ル = ru
ト = to
サ = sa
ク = ku
ラ = ra
"Sakura" is how the Japanese pronounce "cherry tree" but it would be somewhat uncommon to write it in katakana. It would be commonly written in Kanji (桜) or Hiragana (さくら).
