I'm inbetween places right now and still haventbeen able to find a friend or n e one or n e place that i can have dogs so there saying they want to consider them abandoned. not the case.. just in a situation. i work 2 jobs and still cant do n e thign about it cuz theres always somethign that needs to be paid.

For now what about moving the dogs to another dog boarding place. That should buy you some time until you can find a place where you can live with the dogs. Good luck!!

So are you saying you have not paid the boarding fee then? Because if they are being paid why would they consider them abandoned? If that is the case get a second job and pay the bill. Then look harder for a place to rent that allows them or face reality and give them up to someone who can give them a good home and don't take in any more dogs until you have a home of your own.

Do you live near family that could take them for awhile? It's really not fair to the clinic or the dogs, as you said, to leave them there for four months. It's a tough situation and I'm so sorry you may have to lose your dogs but it's not fair to them to be put in a situatin like this. You may have to put them up for adoption and then, when you're not working two jobs and not trying to find a place to live, consider getting another dog. I know that's tough but I just don't think it's fair to your dogs to put in a situation like this...

I would let them go until your situation is more stable. Try putting an ad in the paper or something. I have gone through the same thing and had to let my babies go because I wasn't in a stable place and it was best for them. I still check up on them often and they are happy and in loving homes so I know I did the right thing, but it's hard to do.

As hard as it is to hear, probably the best thing for your dogs would be to donate them to a shelter. At least that way someone who is able to take care of them RIGHT NOW can adopt them. They are such a big, powerful breed to be locked in small cages for 4 months. That, or move to another city that is more affordable where you can have a yard.

At this point, I would say it would be better for you to re-home your dogs than to try to take care of them yourself. Yes, this is sad - and gut-wrenching - but let them go to people who can care for them and love them as you do.

Try Pit Bull Rescue Central

Maybe they can help you find new homes for the dogs.

if you love them as much as you say you do, you will sell them or put them up for adoption where they can roam free and be loved and walked, etc. maybe you'll be lucky and it will be a good family that will let you come by and visit them.

p.s. you would really board your kids for four months???
