Some hotels sell tickets in their front lobby. If you stay at Disney you can get your Disney tickets included, but not Sea World. Some timeshares offer tickets to Sea World and Disney, you just have to check what they offer.
I don't know, off the top of my head, of a resort that offers tickets for both, unless you buy them when you get there. As far as an actual package where you get extras, unless you do a timeshare I don't know of any.
The only thing you can do is go to a travel agency and tell them what you are looking for. They can put everything together for you so you have it all at once. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but I think that would be your best bet.

well you cant get an epcot seaworld combo because epcot is a disney park and seaworld is not. but you can get epcot tickets if you stay at a disney hotel, and then buy the seaworld ones seperatly.
