EPT Pregnancy Test Question?

Ok, so far I have taken 6 pregnancy test. 2 digital and 4 plus/minus. I am due for my period on Saturday, but keep getting headaches (which I never get) and nausea (which I never get). The 2 digital said not pregnant... and 3 out of the 4 plus/mius have a faint line. The line is so tiny it is hardly recognizable and it does not touch the line in which it is supposed to go through to make a plus. I am really confused as to whether that means positive or negative. I called the 800 number and they said positive.... but like I said you really have to stare hard at it to notice it. What does this mean? Please help before I loose my mind lol. This would be my second pregnancy and with the first the line was very distinct. They also said when testing early the plus/minus is more accurate.

I took three tests after I was late and they all showed either negative or the line was so light I couldn't see it. It wasn't until I was about eight days late that a darker line appeared. Everyone is different, so you could very well be pregnant. Especially if the 1800 number is telling you it's positive. A false positive test is more unlikely than a false negative. Unfortunately, only time will tell so you will have to be patient. If you cannot wait you can go get a blood test with your doctor.

Ok I agree slow down. After Saturday you can take a clean cup and dip the stick to make sure you get a good amount to get both lines wet. I does sound like it may be positive. Nothing will show in the spot where the results are if you are not pregnant I know you can get a false positive but that is rare. I always got +'s a few days before but they were really hard to see. I also had twins 2 times so I had higher hormone levels than most. Hang in there a couple more days. Good Luck!

Wow! Six pregnancy tests! You must really want to be pregnant lol. I think you probably are. My pregnant test with my daughter was an extremely faint line as well, you literally could hardly see it. But yep, I was pregnant. So it sounds like you could be, no matter how faint the line they say if there's anything there it's positive. Good luck!!

Positive. It tells you that the line may be faint.Also when I was preg with my son it only went halfway. I ended uo taking 6 test bc I thought the test were bad. I am positive you are preg. The horomones may not be strong and thats why the line is faint. test 2 morrow it will be a lil stronger. Digistal only picks up a heavy line - it cant read the thin lines your eyes see...

OK, this stinks, but really- SLOW DOWN> You are testing 3+ days before your period is even due, the accuracy of tests at this point are quite questionable. It PROBABLY is a positive, but you won't know for sure until you dip that sucker into a cup of first of the morning pee earl;y Sat. morning- if you are pregnant, the line will be darker then. I'd advise you not to freak out and wait until after your period. Take another test and if it's still not clear, then go to the doctor and get a urine and blood test, then you'll know for sure. Good luck.

Yes you are pregnant, Any line faint dark or only part there says you are pregnant... You can not have a false positive but you can have a false neg. so congrats I would have to say you have a baby on board......

you should make a doctors appointment tell them you think you are pregnant i had the same thing happen then i went to the health clinic they did a test and said i was

I know it's hard, but you need to wait until your period is due to test. Save your money.

your probably not pregnant. those tests all sound negative wait and see if you late then test
