Can anyone recommend a good bank that offers an IRA Roth?
I would like to open an account and have no idea where to start.

Thanks!

Any bank or investment company. Check out AG Edwards, they have been real good to us.

Well, I wouldn't go to a bank. I would go to: www.vanguard.com and tell them what you want to do. Then the account you should open up would be an index fund called the total stock market index fund. You will get the most out of this. No sales comms. no fund manager. You'll do well. BTW. it's $1,000 minimum to open. Good luck
