There are no earth based photographs of the moon landing sights that show enough detail to pick out the objects left behind. All of the equipment that remains is small (less than 3 or 4 meters across) and highly reflective (just like the moon dust), making earth based photographs of the lunar sites very difficult.

The Japanese are supposedly planning a mission to the moon in the next couple of years (some sort of lunar mapper) that should produce images high-quality enough to actually make out the objects left on the moon by America's astronauts.

There are photos of the moon landing sites available On any photo of the moon the landing sites can be found but they will not show anything.
Instruments, flags and even lunar rovers are still on the moon but they are too small to be seen in any photograph. Any objects less than 50 metres across will not show up on photographs because they are too small.

Do the math. The size of the lunar lander, as seen from Earth, is under 1 milliarcsecond, which is so small that no current telescope can resolve it. The Moon, after all, is over 240,000 miles away and the landers were only several meters across.

However, astronomers have detected, on thousands of occasions, the laser reflector left on Mare Tranquilitas. Astronomers bounce a laser off of it to determine the distance to the Moon.

The pro-conspiracy site listed in a prior answer is completely bogus. It relies upon bad science and faulty common sense, as opposed to hard scientific evidence. Simply put, there is an abundance of scientific evidence in favor of the landings, but not a shred of evidence against them. One must be able to differentiate between scientific evidence and bad science.

before everything, there are six web content, not one. Six missions landed between 1969 and 1972. And secondly, you would be able to think of it is exceedingly difficulty-free to discover, regardless of the undeniable fact that it is not. The landers are approximately 12 ft for the duration of. The Moon is 250 *thousand* miles away. there isn't any telescope at the instant in life which could spot some thing that small that far away. it may well be like attempting to be certain an ant 5 miles away making use of a pair of binoculars. it relatively is in simple terms unlikely to take place.

Because the largest and most powerful telescopes on Earth and in orbit around Earth are not anywhere near big enough to see such small things 240,000 miles away.

Sure, these telescopes can see galaxies billions of light years away, but a galaxy is juuuuuust a little bigger than a flag.

In response to the 'conspiracy theorist', if it was all special effects in a studio, why couldn't they have shown dozens of landings over the last 20 years?

Stating 'we haven't been back' seems more of an argument for it being real and not done again because of the cost!

We don't have strong enough telescopes. You're talking about seeing something 20 feet across 250,000 miles away. We can see the laser reflector though.
