Is the toro 20053 Push a good mower for mowing 10-15 smaller yards a week.

Yes, it is. 20053 was made for 2005 and 2006. It is a cast aluminum deck and will last a long time. Toro was so confident in this mower that they backed the whole thing with a 5 year warranty, not to mention a 5 year guaranteed to start warranty. If the mower does not start in the first or second pull, they will fix it.
