Absolutely, for belief is a state of being that is created by the being in the contextual state. There is no absolute, and no way of proving an absolute when no human being is absolutey aware. The obvious is only what our paridgm/epoch has taught the mainstream society to accept as being logical and overt - however we must remember the individual and all the contributing factors that build one (which is not a whole but rather 1 part of the whole) Believing, I believe is not being blind to the obvious but rather seeing alternative oblivians and having the courage to defend its principals, even though the mainstream may osterasise you - so long as you have analysed every possible aspect of a belief to the extent of your capabilities and are open minded to each individuals personal beliefs (knowing that no person has the authority to prove an inevitable truth) then the roles are reversed and your belief becomes obvious to you - but as an ever changing entity one may find that experience and 'time' leads them to another truth/belief that differs from an earlier belief. I live in a household and society (more importantly a number of family members and loved ones who disregard my beliefs with their obvious (or oblivious - not for me to judge) narrow minded thoughts so I must take care in closing my eyes to the obvious (the superficial element first noticed and accepted) else I will not be able to maintain belief and in a world where the obvious is common to surface, shallow and visable elements I do my best to become blind to such socialogical acceptances for a fear of losing my 'belief in myself' which is hard when I am in a setting where I have no-one to believe in me although I will always believe in others, for one's perception is one's truth regardless of scientific gratification. Bless all of you
