This is basically the best lawful blackmail tool.Here's the story:
I sell photographs in tourist area,and since spring I'm harassed by one woman.Who sells exactly the same photographs.And want me to quit.She kept coming and lowering price tag or setting up stand right next to me.At one point i've had enough and i decided to fight back.I used her tactic.After a while she started to give up.And run away from me.In two weeks i received phone call from detective who asked me to come to his office.When i came he showed me report from that woman.
She was accusing me of sexual abuse,stalking.I couldn't believe my eyes.She wrote that i touched her threatened and forced her to have sex with me.Detective had to arrest me.
I spent 20 hours in jail.And when i got out the judge issued order of protection and ordered me to stay away from her.
So basically i think she won because if i do something she can call police and they'll arrest me without any question asked.

And i have to be like this for 2,5 months though I wasn't even convicted!Where is justice?!What can I do to continue fight back that biatch?

Just be a better person and walk away. It may seem like she won, but it will come back around and she will get whats coming to her...it always does.

That sucks man. It's people taking advantage of the system like this that really piss me off.
You can get a lawyer and try to get the order overturned. You could also sue her for filing false charges against you. It will be next to impossible to prove though, as it is your word against hers.

Just ignore her, do what you do, look into a good attorney for future use- if she's as crazy as you claim, you haven't seen the last of her. Also, have you seen Doctor's reports- was she examined after the alleged rape?

she sounds a bit wacko (if your info is correct).
best advice....get legal counsel immediately...you will need to have an attorney help you...if she is going this far...hate to see what she has planned next.
