I would say that getting kicked in the balls must be worse, not more painful however just worse. My reasoning? If you get kicked in the balls all you have to show for the pain is swollen balls, if you go through the pain of having a baby its all forgotten when you hold your baby and realise you've created life.

Having a baby, cause after getting kicked in the balls the pain goes away after a few hours, but having 3 daughters, i permanently have a pain in my neck 24/7

Birthing is a joyous experience thats painful as hell. Being kicked in the balls is just painful. So it has to be balls. Not too many volunatrily choose to be kicked in the balls. Lots of women want to give birth.

Well having been in the unique position of experiencing both - i must say being kicked in the balls was more painful than giving birth to my baby

well i don't have balls but believe me,if u take a melon and shove it in to the end of ur hole in ur man hood that is what having a baby feels like only 5 times worse its the worse pain i have ever felt,so u be the judge,oh and i have been kicked between the legs although it hurt labour is worse.

I think that having a baby would be worst, and i'm a guy.
(imagines that labor would be like getting kicked in the balls for the whole duration of the labor.)

Have never been kicked in the balls but have had 2 children and was offered LOTS of pain relief. So would have to say that child birth is more painful.
