Yes I can still run, yes I am fit.....The trick is about 30 years of age is when your bodies metabolism will change so you have to get rid of the junk food, continue to be active and try to maintain a balanced diet.

I am 44 I have lost some # lately I want to lose more so I would not call myself fit yet tho My hubby loves just the way I am I am not happy yet but I am getting my figure back finally stress put 160 # on me and I have lost about 50 so I got a ways to go but on my way back to healthy and my stress is gone already! it is call the ex and he just about did me in But my new hubby saved my life Thank you God for the good hubby I got thanks for making him just for me! I want to lose another 100 # but might stop after 80 it depends on how thin I get now that I have muscle went I was too thin I had anorexia and no muscle at all! I still can run I just only do it when I have to but I work on my feet 8 hours a day 5 days a week too and I am not a couch potato I don't watch t.v. unless my hubby is and still sometimes I will do something else the only thing I watch with him is c.s.i. or I listen to music and dance! or swim I love to dance and swim I guess that is why the weight is coming off now My ex was a couch potato sit in front of the t.v. or sit in front of the p.c. and I always ended up doing the same thing plus now I am getting more sex-ercise and aerobics

All of the above...I think I'm fit (I work out an hour or so per day) and I can run (although only for about 5 min. then I walk for a couple) but I'm a couch potato when I'm not at work or working out.

I was a couch potato until getting divorced 6 months ago. Now I am fit again from doing all the yardwork myself.

Fit yes...Run Ugh! Unfortunately, hate to though. I used to do the Peachtree Road Race every year. I've been going on vacation during that week the past 2 years. I think my Road Race days are over.

I'm not quite as fit as I was in high school, but I still get out and about. Golf is more my thing now...I've never liked running. For a 32-year-old guy, I'm pretty respectable.

I can run great, I don't do it as exercise, but I'm pretty darn fit. I have so much friggin energy, I rarely drink caffine! I think sitting around watching tv is a waste of time for me. I wouldn't be on the computer, but I'm at work!

I was blobbin' out for a while but joined a health club, got a personal trainer and lost 19 lbs. in 8 weeks. Can't run but walk pretty fast on the treadmill....

I run over 3 miles 4-5 times a week, so I'm good.
