my son who was born 3 weeks ago is a jr and we don't know what to call him. His dad is francisco and we call him frank so that's not an option, we don't want to call him jr. cause that's just to common, not poncho or frankie either, any suggestions?

my son is actually a FIFTH. we could have started over with Sr. and Jr. as my husband was the last living man with that name. but to me personally i do NOT like JR. anyway you say it spell it. my son also has no middle name so it is hard to tell when momma is angry. I one day called him FIVE and he stopped on a dime. we now use FIVE when he is in trouble or we NEED his attention fast. it is very unique and i have NEVER heard it before.
I will agree with the majority and go with cisco.
give it sometime, one day you will look at him or he will do something cute/funny/new and a name will suddenly come to you. kinda like a ton of bricks.

I have a cousine that is a Jr....and we called him Jay or J.J. How about Frankie Jay....nah...that is Frankie...opps.

francisco is my uncles name and we call him Uncle Franco. my friends name is francisco and we call him Cisco.
u could just use Junior.

call him J.R. thats what we call my cousin or i call my son joe just because he is a junior and I don't have another nickname other than kenny and thats what we call my husband
