Excellent question. I suppose it should not be unforgiven but unforgotten. To be a disgrace to your parents is unforgotten. To support the seven deadly sins and not feel guilt is unforgotten. Eventually the yin takes care of the yang, so it is forgiven, but never forgotten. Anyway, it makes sense to me.

That depends on the person who the actions were commited to ALWAYS. In one sense anything can be forgiven but it depends on the person. If you are talking in general then that which is unforgiven is in the power of unforgiveness lies in the detestable crimes in which the unforgiven have commited

Nothing Really.
You may not forgive your enemies for their actions, however, they may have already forgiven themselves. (If you feel you've done no wrong, forgiveness then, does not exist, therefore are automatically forgave in your own book)
You may forgive your enemies, and years later, they may still have not forgiven themselves for their actions.
There will always be that one being whom will have forgiven. And if one out of that party has done so, then the "deed" is indeed forgiven.
