talk to him about it and maybe he will change. There's no sense breaking up with him he didn't d oanything... he makes you happy and that all of what your friends should think about is if your happy or not... don't listen to them... talk to them and make them understand that you really like him and there's no reason breaking up with him and tell them they've got to understand that??

Keep your friends and your lovelife separate. Make sure you still spend some time with your friends, but do it without your beau, and it won't matter if they dislike him or not. Then, if he treats you well and does not get between you and your friendships, they will eventually come around. If they are really your friends, they will only want to see you happy. That said, be careful. Sometimes your friends may see something you don't, especially if you are blinded by love. Many a friendship has been lost for a guy... only to turn out the friends were right.

You should listen to your friends. Wouldn't they break up with someone for you. While you're at it let them pick your job, clothes and family members that you can visit. Seriously people have their own tastes and maybe it'll be better if you just didn't hang out with those friends while you're with that guy. Hangout with the ones who are cool with him. If they want to talk about him change the subject. Separate your relationship from your friendships pretty much.

Having tattoos and piercings is does not mean someone's weird. Heck, Joel Madden has piercings and tattoos all over him, and nobody says he's weird. If your friends won't give up on going against your man, then they're not your friends. Friends are supposed to be there to support you with whatever.

You should pay attention to what your friends have to say about him; they may be right. They're just looking out for your best interests because they care about you, and don't want you to be treated the wrong way.
That being said, don't let your friends dictate your love life, either. Don't dump him if it's just because your friends don't like him. Keep up your guard, though, and pay close attention to things he says, the way he acts around you, etc. Listen to your heart, your intuition. Whether you like to admit it or not, it's always right. Do what you feel is just and necessary.

If your friends are REALLY your friends they would NEVER make you choose. Perhaps they see something that you're not since you're in the realtionship with him. Take a look at the whole picture or just ask your friends why it is they don't like him. What matters the most is that you are happy.

They are obviously jealous that you are all "loved up" and happy! You don't know what to do? Just keep doing what you are doing! Why would you want to change being loved up and happy? Do you want to be jealous like they are? So venomous Vicky, just enjoy the great life that you have and don't worry about the others.

you know friends, don't know everything?but sometimes they can seance or see stuff we can't-in fact they are your friends, because you an trust and believe in them?i i met this guy once, we really hit it off, did everything together, had lots of fun,we were just great together, none of my friends liked him, but stupid me , didn't listen or watch?soon, it became , me and him, my friends didn't want to be with me if he was around, i lost a lot of friends over him, Ive learned, you never let a man come between your friendships!!!!!!!!!cause usually your friends are right, my man, was stealing from his friends and family and finally did it to me, he was using drugs, i guess my eyes were closed when it came to him, now I'll always listen and keep my eyes open!!!!!good luck, keep your eyes open!!!!!

Talk to your friends about this. Communication is the key in any situation. Tell them how you feel about the situation, but make sure to listen to their opinions as well.
Hope everything works out!
