I try very hard to keep promises. I actually will not commit to a promise very easily. I think a lot of people dont take the whole concept seriously enough.

I do my best to - especially promises to children. I don't promise if I think I might not be able to keep it.

i really do try to, i am trying to be a better friend because my friends told me after i came back to school after getting the rod in my back (for scoliosis) that i was really mean and bitter, i wanted to prove to them that i could be the person that i was, just a little less curve in the spine
lol..still sometimes i find that i am not very good at it anymore
the surgery changed my life
it seems like i am a completely different person now
and i have better posture too :)

Yes I do, especially to the kids. You can't promise them something and not follow it up, it's not fair to them.
