If you do know that it is real then just give me the region (an indefinite area) of where it is. Those of us that know [I do] (if any) do not give up the location because one has to find out about it through hard work: Proverbs 2:...4-5...And if you do find out about it good for you!!!

i would think that it would have to be a metaphor, as there are many roads and doors, and how would you define little? and even if you felt that you have found your one "real" narrow road and little door, it may stand for a metaphor in another belief system or concept

to me , the narrow road stands for the path your spirit travels, while yes taking side trips, sometimes even down highways, it returns to your core path, and the door is to your heart /soul, you can open it and allow light (enlightenment) in

Hello.
1. Proverbs 2 : 1-22 is GOD speaking to who ever is
listening.
2. Proverbs 2 : 4-5 is part of his request to know you.
3. The "door" is the bible, the "road",
the journey through it.

But if you want a more philosophical answer than,

Your feet are for the road, and your mind is the key for the door. The place you seek is all around,
but only when you open the door........
...... will you find the road.

Be well.

I know what you are talking about. Region: Middle East. A lot of those who are scratching their head and wondering what you are talking about will be at that door banging on it saying "But I thought it was just a metaphor because that is what the religious leaders told me!" to which the Christ will say "the answer was right in front of you the whole time [the entire Bible], why did you rely on those religious leaders? Did I not tell you that your righteousness must exceed that of the religious leaders? Away from me you evil doers!" Also, Christ did not say "You must be perfect" just to be cute or sassy, he really meant it!
