i was wanting to know if the ER would do anything for my lower stomach cramps because they are getting worse and more painful

You wont find out until you go to the ER.

how far along are you? after a certain amount of time, the ER wont see you, they will send you to L&D. so you need to specify what you are asking. if you are over a certain amount of weeks the er is no longer appropriate. call the eR

i just read your other questions. you are 7 months? dont even think about goin to the ER. go straight to the L&D floor so they can monitor you.

Yes I would go if I were you. It could be pre-pregnancy cramping but you could never know that the problem is... If it doesn't stop soon go to the ER

Considering that you asked this in pregnancy I am assuming you are. This could be such a wide range of things. The doctors will be sure to give you a complete work up and see that your questions are answered.

any severe cramping during pregnancy is not good. I would go ASAP. Better to be safe than sorry.

if you have any thing you are concerned about, try to get into your doctor, if they are not available to take you then yes go to the hospital. it is better to be safe than sorry.
