This does not belong in this section, but you can start by sending it to magazines (if it is a simple, small article), or contact different publishers about writting a book or contributing to a compilation (not sure about terminology). There are other ways, I just popped these out of my head because your theory sounds interesting, would you mind sending me a copy? I will not steal it, I promise ;).

The way to do it is to attend a university, obtain a bachelor's degree, then go about testing your theory as a post doc. Then you can publish it as part of your thesis.
Beyond that, you're never going to have the academic credibility to get published by a serious scientific journal.
Of course, any yahoo can "publish" their theories on the internet.

The fact that you are asking a bunch of yahoos instead of contacting the groups that publish such things tells me you are unlikely to have the ability to have though up a correct theory of everything. If you are were smart enough to really come up with a good theory of the universe then you would be smart enough to have already found out how to get such things published.

If you cannot get a journal to publish your grand unified theory, the best alternative is to create a web site to make it available to everyone. I have seen a few such sites.
