hooded style foreskin?

I saw a guy with a foreskin that looked like it was a hood. Never saw anything like it. I wonder if anyone else has and how common is it. And how does it affect the guy with it and his partner and what is it like sexually for someone giving oral and would it have an effect on sexual health for either person??

this guys foreskin just covered the top like when a guy wears a hooded sweatshirt and the hood kind of juts out over his head but doesn't fall. That is how this guys foreskin was it jutted out over the tip but didn't fall down and cover the head like most foreskins. To the one who asked why I was checking this out so closely. Should be just fine. Foreskins come in different sizes, and they all work pretty much the same. All are good. But why were you checking out this guy so carefully anyway?

Most all uncircumsized penises look hooded when soft. It is when they get erections when if their penis is long enough the foreskin pretty much stays retracted on its own so it shouldnt cause any problems. Some people think they look sick. You have to be careful though if you had this because you have to stay very clean. You are susceptible to soooooo many infections. This area needs cleaned at least daily (foreskin retracted) or it will definitely small and will get this nasty creamy white crusty stuff commonly known as d*ck cheese!!!
