ok her daughter father is a fedral convict with at least eight years left to serve. he may get his time reduced to three to four years. I love her very much and she loves me. this guy is a nut but she says she sees change in him and feels like she owes him the oppertunity to see what will happen. she broke it off with me caused i talked to him when he called her phone one day when i wasent suppose to and also lied to her about writting hima letter confessing what we had been doing for the past three months but that was to force her to come clean. this guy doesnt have anything when he gets out hes just holding on and agreeing to everything she says to make her think he has changed so that way he can move right back when he gets out. I really love her, didnt mean to lie about that letter which caused her to confess she was with me to him buthes a damn nut and needs to go. how in the world can i get her back without adding anymore conflict to the situation we havent talked in days im hurt

Sounds like you have problems too, talking to her ex when she told you not to!

my suggestion is forget her man, if she wants to be with a loser instead of you, so be it, let them be miserable together. She doesn't owe him a dang thing, she's just using that as an excuse because she's still got feelings for him. It's a shame that the little girl will be put into this situation because of her mom's bad choices. If she goes back to him it will be very hard for the three of them. Ex cons have a very difficult time finding jobs, and how will he support them? I think the woman is whack and you would be better off without her. Find you a real woman who doesn't fall for losers and can see what a great guy you really are.

Oh no, I'm so sorry it happened that way. I'm not gonna preach on what you shouldn't have done, you already know.

How about just giving it a little time to cool off then calling her and telling her you are sorry and you only did it because you wanna be with her. That you are not usually an dishonest man, but these were extraordinary circumstances for you?

Good Luck

Good luck - all you can do is talk with her and listen to her. She's going to decide, and the odds are that she's going to do what women all too often do - go for the unattainable greener grass. There's something about many women that can't resist a challenge. "He'll change for me". Some women grow up, but many keep making the same obvious mistake over and over. If she goes, she goes; put it down to education, and hope your next relationship goes better.

she's made her choice. she obviously wasn't serious about you anyhow, if she wouldn't kick her convict boyfriend to the curb (something she should have the sense to do with or without you). what were her plans for you when he got out? stop being a dorrmat and see the light. she doesn't love you and was simply using you to keep her company until he gets out. you'll be better off to just move on.
