If you enjoy being stalked you should. A card will be more than enough to keep them interested. A gift may result in the person moving into your home!

That depends.
If you like this guy stalking you, go right ahead and send him/her a gift.
But
If you find him a threat and are scared of him/her then sending them a gift would definately give them the wrong idea and they might take this action the wrong way.

Cards are definitely ok, but they already have your address. Give him something he will really appreciate, like a dirty pair of your panties or some night vision goggles. Put some thought into it. After all, this person is really devoting their valuable time to you, he deserves nothing but the best!

Betty, it's probably safe to send anything to someone in the cartoon world except: well, I guess I wouldn't be sending anything to the GREEN LANTERN. He's just an overall nasty.

It's the thought that counts. I think a great gift would be to put together one of those mini-albums of pictures of yourself, then put it in the arms of a teddy bear, tie a bow around it, and leave it in one of the places he watches you from.
That's very nice of you. My stalkee never remembers my birthday or anything.

Send a card and put your picture in it, wearing skimpy clothes that way he will stay busy awhile trying to figure out what you look like underneath, worked for me.
