Interpol's entire first cd had a very 80s feel (think Echo & The Bunnymen, Joy Division and The Smiths)

Goodbye Girls, and Black Cat by the band Broadcast has an early 80s synth-pop sound.

Swing Swing by The All American Rejects reminds me of early XTC.

Speed Of Sound by Coldplay sounds like U2 meets The Simple Minds.

Not that I like it but Madonna - Music (guess shes goin back to her hayday 80s roots!). Of course the artists who sample 80s hits like the not great Rihanna - SOS. Tainted Love is a lot better but still I guess you give her a few props...
