Bologna is a rather big city in the Center/North of Italy... There must be about 1 million people living there. I am not sure how to go about baking it with mustard and brown sugar......
Although, with the hot weather they had this summer in Italy, some people might feel in a real oven!

Actually it isn't gross. Bologna takes on a ham-like flavour when it is fried or baked. And yes, it does taste good on light bread, but why would you wanna do that? Just put it on an english muffin with a poached egg, that does wonders! Better yet..SOURDOUGH Bread....*wipes saliva from chin*

I haven't baked bologna, but I saw a chef on the Food Network do it and he said it was very tasty.
