I had a customer that was an absolute jerk. I was a manager at a one hour photo and he didn't like the way his photo's turned out.. He was a jewler and and he took crappy photos of his jewlery.. I offered to print them again no charge. He still didn't like them, so I offered to go to his store and take the photo's for him and print them.. Which I did for only the charge of the film/processing.. My picture's came out perfect ! He accussed me of using his previous negative and charging me double for film/prints ! He spit on me and I had no choice,but to punch him !! The nerve and I was being nice....
