too bad life is a little different then tooling around town in a hyundai. Look to the future, live in the present, remember the past. If only it were that easy. But if we all thought and reacted the same there would be no one to make fun of at the office. So be thankful that were different

I have a teenage daughter I have to live in the present and the future. I have to make sure that she's taken care of now and I have to help her plan beyond high school. So therefore I'm living in both realities. And there are times when you have to live in the past because if you don't learn from your mistakes than you will repeat them.

let's be real we should all be saying present, now is the sum total of everything that went before, all the Good ever done the entire output of all the people who ever lived

i live for now and that in no way indicates a lack of planning for, or respect for, the future.

I treat now with the consequent respect it deserves, and live on the cutting edge of a dynamic reality.
