I mean when they disable some puplishers account ?

are they always right ?

Well they are not always fair , and may be this because they always pay the poriority to advertisers in the first place , so they will not mind to disable account or two for just doubts they may have invalid clicks . . .

No they are not always right but they have to err on the side of caution.
After all they are trying to prevent fraud.
I see people complaining about being banned on forums when they swear they never did anything illegal.
That does not stop someone else from sabotaging your website (see my answer to you other question for details on how Google can track you).
