I don't loan money out to anyone anymore. Not to be mean, but no one ever pays me back. So screw it. The only one I give money to is my brother. He was in a bad accident (he almost died), and he can't work right now. So until he gets on his feet, I help him out. Everyone else, no.

Yes if he really needed it. But once given I would not expect it back from him because expectations ruin all relationships...
